Your questions about the Hub

Can I add Mauty to my existing system?

Yes, depending on the equipment already installed. The Hub can complement an existing system without requiring replacement of the entire electrical panel. Together with your installer, we assess available readings and controls; Mauty DC/AC panels, still in development, are a separate extension for circuits you want to integrate.

Does Mauty work without an Internet connection?

Yes. The Hub operates locally on board: you can view your system and use compatible controls through the local display or the app connected to the Hub’s network, without Internet access. Remote viewing and control are not yet available. A future update will allow the Hub to connect to Internet access such as Starlink or another network, so you can view your system wherever you are.

Which equipment can I monitor and control?

Batteries, solar production, chargers, sensors and compatible equipment can be brought together in Mauty. A Victron system can connect through a Cerbo GX, but one is not required. Available readings, controls and automations depend on the connected models and are checked for your project.

Do I need a dedicated display?

No. You can use the app on an iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet. A fixed display is an option for accessing Mauty on board; the Hub provides HDMI output. The display model, power supply and touch connection must be checked during integration.

Who installs and configures the Hub?

Integration is planned with an installer or vehicle converter. The professional specifies suitable connections and electrical protection; equipment, circuit names and everyday uses are then configured with you. Our team currently supports professionals in preparing projects and trials.

What does the price starting at CAD $1,290 include?

The displayed price is an indicative starting point for your project. Supplied hardware, accessories and installation services are detailed in a proposal tailored to your system. The exact scope and total price are confirmed before you commit.
